Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and gy999 ("gy999", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the gy999 website at gy999.app and all related services, games, and features offered through that platform (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing the gy999 platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

2. Account Registration and Management

Each eligible person may hold only one active account on gy999. Multiple accounts held by the same person are considered a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

Account Security Obligations

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gy999 account credentials, including your registered mobile number and password.
• You must not share your account credentials with any other person. All activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised that activity.
• You must notify gy999 immediately via the platform's support channel if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• gy999 will never ask you to share your password, OTP, or full NID details via chat, SMS, email, or phone. Any request purporting to be from gy999 asking for such information is fraudulent.

Account Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your gy999 account at any time by contacting support through the platform. Before closure is processed, you must withdraw any available balance. gy999 will process account closure requests within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any pending KYC or fraud review.

• Any bonuses that have not yet met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
• Winnings generated solely from bonus funds that have not been converted to withdrawable real-money balance are not eligible for withdrawal at the time of closure.
• Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and irreversibly for the chosen exclusion period. A self-excluded player cannot access gy999 games or place bets during the exclusion period.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

gy999 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and selected bank transfer options available to Bangladesh players. All payment processing is conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). gy999 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which gy999 is not responsible.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. There is no standard maximum deposit limit, but gy999 reserves the right to apply deposit caps to individual accounts for risk management purposes.
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, joint accounts, or business accounts are not permitted and may be reversed.
• Deposits are credited to your gy999 wallet in real time in most cases. If a deposit is not reflected within 30 minutes, contact gy999 support via the platform with your transaction reference number.
• gy999 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that is flagged by its fraud detection systems, that originates from a method not supported by the platform, or that cannot be verified as originating from the registered account holder.

Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals are processed to the same mobile wallet or bank account used to make the most recent deposit on your account, subject to identity verification requirements being satisfied.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by method: bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically completed within 15 minutes; Rocket and bank transfers may take up to one business day.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined pending the outcome of KYC verification, fraud review, or where a bonus wagering requirement has not yet been met.

4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

gy999 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to new and existing players. The following general rules apply to all bonuses and promotions unless specific terms published alongside a given promotion state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet. Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.
• The standard wagering requirement for gy999 bonuses is 25x the bonus amount unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms. The rollover must be completed within the validity period of the bonus.
• Bonuses are limited to one per player, per promotion period, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times using different accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
• gy999 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, including where abuse or fraudulent activity is detected.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to a maximum win cap unless stated otherwise. Winnings generated from free spins are credited as bonus funds and subject to the applicable wagering requirement.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational use only. Players who display patterns consistent with systematic bonus exploitation — including but not limited to low-risk wagering strategies designed to minimise variance while completing rollover requirements — may have their bonus eligibility restricted or removed.

Bonuses are not transferable between accounts and have no cash value until the applicable wagering requirements have been met. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

5. Gameplay Rules and Disputes

All games available on gy999 are operated by licensed third-party game studios. gy999 acts as the platform operator and distributes games under agreement with those studios. The published rules for each game are displayed within the game interface and govern play in that game.

Technical Malfunctions

• In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or communication failure that affects a game round in progress, gy999 reserves the right to void that specific game round and refund the wager amount to the player's account.
• Winnings paid out due to a software error, misconfigured game, or obvious error on the part of gy999 or its game providers are not valid and may be reclaimed from the player's account. gy999 will not be liable for any loss arising from such corrections.
• gy999 maintains game round logs for all sessions. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the server-side log takes precedence over any client-side display.

Sports Betting Rules

• All sports bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed. Once accepted, a bet cannot be cancelled or modified by the player except where gy999 expressly provides a cash-out option for that event.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the specific sport's settlement rules published on the gy999 platform. Where no specific rule applies, void/refund will be the default outcome.
• Obvious pricing errors on sports betting markets — where the odds offered are clearly inconsistent with the true probability of the event — will not be honoured. gy999 reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds and refund the stake.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gy999 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to register a duplicate account, for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets, navigate the platform, or exploit game mechanics in any way not intended by the game design.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or at any point during your use of the platform.
• Using the gy999 platform to launder money or process funds derived from illegal activity. All suspicious transactions are reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.
• Colluding with other players, game providers, or gy999 staff to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.

7. Responsible Gaming

gy999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the risk of problem gambling. The following tools and obligations form part of our responsible gaming framework:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

• Where the account holder fails to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by gy999.
• Where gy999 is required to close an account by law, regulation, or instruction from a competent authority.
• Where an account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months, gy999 may classify it as dormant and apply an inactivity fee of ৳100 per month, deducted from the remaining balance, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

Upon account termination for breach of these Terms, any balance in the account — including deposited funds, bonus funds, and pending winnings — may be forfeited in whole or in part at gy999's discretion, particularly where the breach involved fraudulent activity or exploitation of the platform.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the gy999 platform, including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and all other proprietary materials, is the property of gy999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the gy999 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, reverse-engineer, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the gy999 platform or its content without the prior written consent of gy999. Unauthorised use of gy999 intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gy999 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services, including:

• Loss of gambling funds arising from technical malfunctions, server outages, or internet connectivity issues beyond gy999's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits gy999's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

12. Amendments to These Terms

gy999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time.
